What to know about Starfield Library

Starfield Library is a stunning location for a photo shoot and I knew this would be even more special given that D is a children's librarian! There are a few things to be aware of when picking Starfield Library as your location for your Seoul photo session.

Given it's indoors, it's a great spot since you don't have to worry about the weather. Whether it's raining, cold, or hot, this indoor location is a perfect spot for a photo session. At the same time, given how popular it's become it's almost always crowded with people! If you are camera shy or get overwhelmed easily but really want to grab some snaps here then being the early bird or late owl are your best options for fewer crowds. Starfield library opens at 10:30am and getting there a few minutes early will really pay off for getting the perfect shot!

Lots of escalators!

A lot of those Instagram and Pinterest perfect photos you see online require you to ride the escalators in front of the bookshelves. Due to the larger crowds, you may need to do this quite a few times! So be prepared to ride the escalators up and down a couple of times until we get that perfect frame!

Due to the size of the crowds as well as the layout of the library, it's really difficult to get that shot with a tripod set up. I not only know all the angles to get that perfect shot, but I'll also give you lots of prompts so that we can make the most of your session time together!
