D + K got engaged in sunny California and decided to do a special hanbok engagement photo shoot at Gyeongbokgung palace during their trip to Seoul. The beautiful hanbok and sparkling engagement ring make for the most magical photos! Engagement sessions are some of my favorite and I think the palace makes for a stunning backdrop!

When having your engagement session at Gyeongbokgung you have some options - firstly, to wear hanbok or not to wear hanbok. I think both are beautiful and I've done engagement sessions both ways - it really depends on your comfort level! The vast sprawling palace makes it the perfect place for me to guide you to hidden spots tucked away from the crowds to get those WOW photos away from people.
